Plans and Pricing

What is the difference between your Class and Institution plans?
Our Class plan is best for educators using the BioDigital Human for one class or a small number of students, and our Institution plan is designed for use across multiple classes or faculty.
What are Page Views?
A Page View is registered when the Human Viewer starts loading when embedded within your LMS, website, or application, or accessed via a standalone link.

Billing & Payment

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by check, wire transfer, or ACH.
How often will I be billed?
Our Class and Institution plans are billed annually.
What is your refund policy?
Payments for all of our School plans are non-refundable. Read our refund policy here.

Do you support different languages?
Yes, we support 8 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese (Brazil).
Where can I find resources to help me get the most out of my paid plan?
Visit our Help Center for an introductory video tutorial guide, how-tos, and best practices. You can also access our Help Center within the app by clicking the in the upper-right corner.
What if I can't find a model I’m looking for? Can I request new models?
If you are unable to find the model you are looking for using our search tool and filters, you can submit a request via the Product Feedback form in the app by clicking the in the upper-right corner.

Our Professional Services team also offers custom 3D model development for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

Can I add your 3D models to my application?
Yes! Using our publishing tools, you can embed 3D models directly into any website, LMS, or application. Learn more.
Do you have mobile apps?
Yes, the BioDigital Human is available on both iOS and Android devices in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Learn more here.
