Plans and Pricing

Can I use the BioDigital Human for free?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for schools—no credit card required. Sign up here.
What is the difference between your Class and Institution plans?
Our Class plan is best for educators using the BioDigital Human for one class or a small number of students, and our Institution plan is designed for use across multiple classes or faculty.
What are Page Views?
A Page View is registered when the Human Viewer starts loading when embedded within your LMS, website, or application, or accessed via a standalone link.
Can I switch my plan at any time?
If you would like to upgrade to a paid Class or Institution plan at any point during your 14-day free trial, contac us. At the end of your trial, your account will be downgraded to our free Personal plan, but your team configuration and saved models will remain intact so you can seamlessly upgrade to a paid plan later.

For all other upgrades and downgrades, submit a request here and our Customer Experience team will be happy to help.

Free Trials

How do your free trials work?
We offer a 14-day free trial for schools that gives you access to all features in our Class plan, including:
  • Access to over 700 anatomy, physiology, health condition and treatment models on our web and mobile apps
  • Unlimited Saved Models
  • A collaborative workspace for sharing models with other members of your team
  • Human Studio, our suite of authoring tools
  • Quiz Builder, which enables you to create interactive, virtual quizzes
  • The ability to publish your saved models as a link or embed code for use in your LMS, website, or application

What happens at the end of my free trial?
At the end of your 14-day free trial, you will have two options:
  • Contact us and we will help you choose the plan that is right for you.
  • Let your trial expire, downgrading your account to our free Personal plan. Note that your saved models and team configuration will remain intact, so you can still upgrade to a paid plan later with no loss of content, team members, or settings. Learn more here.

Billing & Payment

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as payment by check, wire transfer, or ACH.
How often will I be billed?
Our Class and Institution plans are billed annually.
What is your refund policy?
Payments for all of our Business plans are non-refundable. Read our refund policy here.

Do you support different languages?
Yes, we support 8 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese (Brazil).
Where can I find resources to help me get the most out of my trial or paid plan?
Visit our Help Center for an introductory video tutorial guide, how-tos, and best practices. You can also access our Help Center within the app by clicking the in the upper-right corner.
What if I can't find a model I’m looking for? Can I request new models?
If you are unable to find the model you are looking for using our search tool and filters, you can submit a request via the Product Feedback form in the app by clicking the in the upper-right corner.

Our Professional Services team also offers custom 3D model development for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

Can I add your 3D models to my application?
Yes! Using our publishing tools, you can embed 3D models directly into any website, LMS, or application. Learn more.
Do you have mobile apps?
Yes, the BioDigital Human is available on both iOS and Android devices in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Learn more here.
