Plans and Pricing

What is the difference between your business plans?
We offer three plans for businesses: Startup, Premium, and Enterprise. Our Startup plan is a great fit for small teams just getting started with the BioDigital Human. Our Premium plan is designed for organizations who have the need for meaningful usage, and our Enterprise plan provides premium services and support to help you achieve your business goals.
How do you define a User?
A User is a unique end user who views one or more 3D models inside or outside the BioDigital Human when embedded in another application.
How do you define a Creator?
A Creator is a member of your team with the “Creator” role and has rights to author 3D Models in Human Studio and save them to your team’s library. Learn more about team member roles and permissions here.
What are Page Views?
A Page View is recorded when a 3D Model starts loading when embedded within your application or web site, or accessed via a standalone link.

Billing & Payment

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by check, wire transfer, or ACH.
How often will I be billed?
Billing terms for our Business plans are included within the applicable Order Form.
What is your refund policy?
Payments for all of our Business plans are non-refundable. Read our refund policy here.

Do you support different languages?
Yes, we support 8 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese (Brazil). Additional languages are available for Enterprise customers upon request. Contact us to learn more.
Where can I find resources to help me get the most out of my paid plan?
Visit our Help Center for an introductory video tutorial guide, how-tos, and best practices. You can also access our Help Center within the app by clicking the in the upper-right corner.
What if I can't find a model I'm looking for? Can I request new models?
If you are unable to find the model you are looking for using our search tool and filters, you can submit a request via the Product Feedback form in the app by clicking the in the upper-right corner.

Our Professional Services team also offers custom 3D model development for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

Can I add your 3D models to my application?
Yes! Using our publishing tools, you can embed 3D models directly into any website, LMS, or application. Learn more.
Can I upload my own 3D or CAD models to your platform?
While you cannot upload your own 3D or CAD models to our platform, our Professional Services team can upload them for you for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.
Can BioDigital create a custom 3D model for my business?
Yes, our Professional Services team develops custom 3D models for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer developer tools and APIs to customize my experience?
